Grilled vegetable wrap

Ingredients:

1 large tortilla wrap

1/2 cup of grilled zucchini

1/2 cup of grilled bell peppers

1/4 cup of sliced red onions

1/4 cup of hummus

1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup of mixed greens

Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the zucchini and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces, and slice the red onions.

Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes or until they are tender and slightly charred.

Warm the tortilla wrap on the grill for 10-15 seconds.

Spread the hummus over the wrap.

Add the grilled vegetables on top of the hummus.

Sprinkle the feta cheese and mixed greens on top of the vegetables.

Roll up the wrap tightly and cut it in half.
