Greek yogurt tuna salad

Ingredients:

2 cans of tuna, drained

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup diced celery

1/4 cup diced cucumber

2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, red onion, celery, cucumber, dill, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Serve on a bed of mixed greens or in a whole grain pita for a sandwich.
